PC hardware shipments to Russia are billed by the kilogram of actual or volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 5000), whichever is greater, for shipments over 2 kg (billed from 5 kg).

A single graphics card or small parts bundle under 2 kg can ship at a flat rate: Express — $50 (0.5–1 kg) / $60 (1–2 kg), Standard — $35 (0.5–1 kg) / $45 (1–2 kg). Heavier cards and full builds are billed per kilogram.
Insurance for GPUs and PC Components
Graphics cards and PC components often carry a high declared value relative to their weight, so insurance matters. Every shipment includes $85 of base insurance at no extra cost, and you can add optional insurance for 5% of the declared value.
Insurance covers total loss of the shipment; it does not cover damage to the PCB, connectors, or cooling assembly — which is why anti-static and protective packaging is something we take seriously at the warehouse.
